Eligibility Checklist

Are you:

• 18 years or over?
• a permanent Australian Resident?
• the only applicant?
• in regular paid employment, and free of any probationary periods?
• Financially stable (i.e. haven’t been bankrupt in the last 7 years)?

What do you need to apply?

• Have an idea of how much you want to borrow and what you want to use the funds for.
• Your current address and your previous address if you have lived at your current address for less than 3 years
• Details of rent or mortgage payments
• Your employment details – including your employers address and a contact name
• Income (before tax) and living expense details.
• Details of your assets, savings or investments.
• The repayment amounts and balances owing on any liabilities (including home loan, credit cards, store accounts, etc.)
• Recent tax information (if self employed).
